Joey began his career in metal fabrication, gaining hands-on experience in nearly every role within a steel company. Presently, he holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Bentley Welding. As an Industrial Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he has spent his career optimizing workflows and implementing lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Joey deeply understands operations at every level, with a career spanning from machine operator and welder to supervisor, project manager, estimator, supply chain manager, plant manager, business development leader, director, VP, and ultimately COO. He is passionate about delivering exceptional quality—on time and within budget.

Before joining Bentley Welding, Joey led operations for companies specializing in UL 142 fuel tanks, generator enclosure houses, modular power skids, modular data centers, and chilled water process piping for the mission-critical industry.

At Bentley Welding, Joey plays a key role in setting the strategic direction for his team, mentoring and driving business growth while upholding the company’s core values. He is committed to fostering trust, integrity, honesty, and ethical relationships to create meaningful business opportunities for BWI.

Outside of work, Joey enjoys traveling, off-roading, outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife and two grown children.
