In 1996, Chad began his career as a Field Engineer working offshore in the Gulf of Mexico; setting the stage for his foundational work ethic and success throughout the Oil & Gas, Technology, Fabrication, Manufacturing, and Environmental industries. Presently he holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Bentley Welding. Prior to joining Bentley Welding, Chad served as Owner and President of an Environmental Solutions company as well as successfully oversaw growth and divestiture of multiple Oil & Gas Service companies across the U.S. where he gained valuable experience in Operations, Finance, Business Development, Quality Management, Execution, and Scalable Growth.

At Bentley Welding, Chad assumes a pivotal role in setting the strategic direction for his team, aligning the organization to drive business growth. Additionally, he prioritizes the core values of the organization in building trust, integrity, honesty and ethical relationships to create business opportunities for BWI.

Chad obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management/Project Management while simultaneously building and scaling a U.S. Oilfield Service organization through substantial growth. Additionally, Chad holds a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Outside of his professional commitments, Chad enjoys life with his wife and two sons - traveling and engaging in projects and experiences that keep his family grounded.
