April's journey has been deeply rooted in the trucking and oil and gas industries, with a heritage that instilled her with invaluable insights from an early age. Her hands-on experience in maintenance, logistics, and road operations has been instrumental in shaping her career.

Starting her professional path in the trucking sector, April eventually transitioned to the oil and gas industry, where she spent the majority of her career serving as an Office Manager. It was during this time that April's background in DOT and trucking opened new doors, leading her to Bentley Welding in 2018.

As she progressed in her career, April's interest evolved, and she discovered a distinct passion for the financial and Human Resources aspects of the business. Today, April takes on the multifaceted role of HR Manager, payroll specialist, and Company DOT Representative, among many other critical responsibilities at Bentley Welding.

Beyond her professional endeavors, April treasures her most cherished title as a mother of three sons. She also dedicates time to her creative design business, indulges in her passion for photography, enjoys house remodeling projects, assists her parents, and revels in outdoor activities.
